Plain items
Plain, non-customised items may be returned for a refund of the item cost within 14-21 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please allow 7 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.
Notify Kingdom 316 Clothing Returns by email: sales@kingdom316gits.com quoting your order number we will respond within 48 hours to resolve it will be very helpful you send full details and photos of the reason of returns .
Customised items
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.
If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue.
Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
